Were basing this off realistic incomes correct? Like, 90k? In which case, Alberta's 10% is more than Ontario's 7.2%. that number is just an average of both brackets and doesn't include BPA.

On 100k in Ontario you’ll pay 23% tax. Plus cpp and Ei which is about 7.25%.

Usually changes a little each year because of inflation.

If you’re in Canada, you’re being tax-raped. That’s one of our benefits of citizenship here along with the funny looking money. Pays a Hoser to have a sense of humour.

60c is too cheap these days. That's why they get the TFW and pay them even less.

A while back there I was considering a move to Canada after I went for a holiday there and saw just how great the highways were, thought this would be a breeze to drive on. There were four companies I came across that would look at hiring drivers particularly from Europe because you's have more experience driving in the snow, and icy fog etc. etc. The four companies were Bison, Agrifresh, Jardine, Tag Logistics. What they will try and do is unlike with the US which is all federal, in Canada individual Provinces can determine who comes to their state to work and have there own special programs, all you need to do is have the right qualifications and based on how many points you score you will be offered an opportunity to work in that particular province you will need to prove you also have a minimum amount of cash to pay for your driving tuition which is around $9000 Canadian dollars.
