Im "drive" and have been operating heavy equipment with a class b for 20 + years, due to a pending divorce Im looking to go over the road-- The buggerboo is I caught a DUI 40 mos ago in a POV. Having a hard time finding a recruiter hiring in AZ willing to train for a class A. Any help out there? My MVR is clean for 40 mos.

As mentioned above check threads for similar questions...Be honest with recruiters right out of the gate, and explain your circumstances...People will be much more willing to work with you if they h it from you rather than find out when they pull your background....
