If you decide to try some denim jeans, give the Cinch Green label a try.I used to wear Carharrt and they changed something about them. They don't fit the same or last as long as they used to. You can get the Cinch @ Sheplers on sale pretty reasonable.

I know that these are difficult times but we need to keep the political commentary out of the main forum. Take it to Politics instead.

Yeah, that's why I'm looking for alternatives. Just sad. Honestly, the hood thing prolly pisses me off the most. Now instead of the pointy hood, it's rounded. Well crap, now I can't keep it on my head. Before, you could wedge that point onto your head and the hood would stay on. Not now. Pretty much worthless. I use my hood about 99% of the time I have my coat on. Because I live and work (for the most part) where it's windy when it's cold. Just sucks....like most things these days I guess.

@shooter19802003 you ever tried Prison Blues?
I'm a bit apprehensive to get into the work pants discussion, another forum it turned into "if you wear those you are just proving you are an idiot!!!"
No joke

Maybe it was an angry nudist?!

Not that impressed either. I had to send mine back and get a size larger.

Luckily I still fit into most of my old Levi's from 10 years ago. Can't stand the new stretchy bs. I've been wearing a lot of wrangler khakis lately

Me too but I always order a size bigger.

The ######## quit making the Hubbard original fit flannel shirts — that tore it for me, they can have the long haired hippie type pinko #### support them from now on
