    Prison Blues makes great hickory shirts. I have a couple and they seem to last. I've never used their pants but I see a lot of the woods crew wearing them.

    I’ve never heard of this “prison blues” until today, so since you mentioned these hickory shirts I took a look. I might have to order some to wear as work shirts.

    It started as a way for wanna be street thugs trying for "street cred". Some hip hop group, I don't remember which, started it because they thought it was how all prisoners wore their pants. The real thugs were laughing at them.

    I think now it's just a fashion, most just fitting in with every other dumb kid on the block.
