Why don't you guys like to run on the east coast? I start school the 25th and I've lived out east my wholE life and I don't have any trouble. I guess I'm not driving a truck either though. I can't wait to get out there and get some miles under belt. How many miles are you guys averaging a week? Do you guys from out west come to the terminals out east much?

Dumb question but does anyone know what the rules are with ws pertaining to dogs? Do they allow pet to ride along or is that not allowed. And after you have drove with them for awhile can you get ride along permits for girlfriend. Any resonses would be helpful THANKS

Riders and Pets are allowed, I know you have to pay some sort of deposit for pets, and a payment month to month for riders, only pay the months you want to have some one in the truck.....probably after probation, but I can't remember what the recruiter told me along those lines. If you've been working with someone, just call and ask. They are more than happy to help. If not, google watkins shepard and get the number and give 'em a call.

No, I'm not a recruiter, just someone who's had a positive experience with them

Sorry, I can't help you with the chart. I think maybe they call it a speed match chart or something. It tells you what rpms match each gear at certain speeds, like 1500 rpms at 35 miles an hour is a perfect match for 8th gear, etc. You could try asking recruiting if they could email or fax it to you. I wouldn't worry about it now, though. You'll have plenty of time during your 10-day to familiarize yourself with it.

I don't know the specific pet policies, but I can say that there are plenty of W/S drivers with dogs in the trucks.

    TruckerDude53 Thanks this.
