Last time I was there they tried to get me to reschedule for the next day after sitting for 6 hours. After the shipper found out the re-delivery fee + detention. They found room for 3 pallets.

Cotton dale wood products in Tuscaloosa alabam.
Arrived at 8 to pick up a load of pallets I sat there till 5pm before I left.
They have you pull into a dirt lot where they’ve got a nasty protapotty set up.
Check in by phone early, it’s not fcfs or appointments it’s whatever the lazy workers want to load first.
JB and Schneider both got there hours after I did and left within an hour of arriving.
What a joke.pagan22 Thanks this. -

Very uncharacteristic of a COSTCO, but the Costco Business Center in Phoenix gave me an absolutely horrible time a few years ago.
I was fast asleep at 3am, I had a 4am appt. I hear this loud banging - WAY louder than necessary - and I jump up thinking the truck got hit by something. About 30 feet away was an older, butchy looking lady who yelled "Take a door then come and check in!".
When I caught up to her I asked what was the deal about slamming the side of the sleeper like that, she tried to walk it back by joking. I told her "One of these days you're gonna do that to the wrong guy". She blew up and screamed "DON'T THREATEN ME!! YOU WERE LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT!!" I told her no, I'm an hour from now. She quieted down then (thank god). Of course by now everyone within 200 feet is staring at me like I'm some creep with an attitude.
At that store, drivers are required to stand at the dock while the product is unloaded. I left to stay in the truck before it got worse. They made me come back in (stupid!) and I just stood there shaking with rage, staring at the floor, trying to not look in the direction of the cretin who was likely used to being extremely rude to drivers.
I finally got out of there without further problems, but that is one place that I'll never go to again. -
Still undecided and Timin770 Thank this.
