I had this problem for a while on my '16 d13 780, truck wants to do parked regen pretty much every other day when im hauling heavy loads on mountanious roads. It would just say bad DEF detected 180/120/60 min to derate, now if I keep driving for a while, especially if road levels so I can drive it constantly 70mph for some time, parked regen problem would just go away.
Now, 2 weeks ago I decided to take it for dpf cleaning. It did nothing, actually kinda made it worse I think. Still wants to regen all the time but now truck is not giving me that 180 min countdown, it goes straight to parked regen needed, next stop 5mph limit message.
The good thing is I can still drive thru it 15/20 min and it goes away, at least for couple of hours until next session of climbs hit me, but also truck loses a bunch of power so that makes it very nerve wrecking.
Well tonight I had to stop and do the regen, 1.5h later, rpms droped but light is still blinking and in vehicle messages says that vehicle is limited to 5mph. Initiated another parkend regen and another 1.5h later, thankfully, light was off and limit was gone.

Going back to when I did DPF cleaning, truck also developed this long crank issue when left not running for 2/3/4 days, when Im driving it otr starts up just fine every morning. Guys at volvo noticed it and they said long crank issue, possible bad injectors, aproximately 7-8sec to start. As I said it starts just fine when driven every day.
Truck has decent power for 770k on the clock.

also I should add that, while doing regen I get 2 codes:
    engine ecu-dtc p103c00
    and
    aftertreatment- dtc p204364
when regen is complete, they both go away

nox sensors are changed aprox a year ago
    7th injector 1.5 yrs ago

So before I give Volvo 6k$ for new injectors, what are other things they should be looking at first?

Tnx everyone for reading, any help is much apreciated

Need to see if the Flex pipe is damaged. If you have any leaks you will not be getting the regen done right. They need to do a monitor regen to see what is going on if that is not the case. Are you losing prime when it sits for a little bit? Manual pump the primer after it has set for a little while and see if it starts right up. 7-8 seconds is really long for it to start up and it is cause for concern

at the same time they cleaned the dpf, I had some clamps changed on flex pipes cause there was a leak on the uper one. That particular leak is no more, but ocasionally I would get some sort of a smell in the cabin, can't tell what it is, could be a leak somewhere else couse regen times went from 50mins 2yrs ago to 1.5h now.

to be honest I don't know where to check if its primed or the location of the manual primer.
truck has been starting in ~2sec for the past 2 weeks since I took it from the shop. I also did a pm on it, I believed that part of the long start problem could be laying in the fuel separator filter (if thats posible).
I wont know if the long crank problem persist untill I go home for weekend and leave it at the shop.

Also if you are having any leaks on exhaust you should have them do a smoke test.

    Will do.
I drove 600miles today and had no issues cause load was only 16k, tomorrow I have to pass wv turnpike so we shall see how that goes. Soot level stayed at 25-30% today.

This turned out to be quite the fiasco...
To keep the long story short, It's hella late, I got my truck from the shop and it had a weird new sound, like I could hear the turbo more, like howling. Later that day found an exhaust leak on a dpf filter, one of those big clamps connecting dpf housing together. Took the truck back, they "fixed" it just so I can find a leak on another side of the housing, complete amateurs. Truck has been siting there for 3 days, they cant find the leak so I had to go there and point at it. Now this guy climbed to feel exhaust air flow on the tip and hes saying its very weak. Mind you the leak Im having on dpf filter housing is not that big, can only feel it at 1inch distance.
Now what wories me is, this tech is saying my scr could be cloged. Truck newer trew any scr codes in recent past.
Ever since these problems started, egr, egr cooler, 7th injector, outlet nox sensor have been replaced.
Im suspicious that they messed up something when they where puting dpf back together after cleaning.

Any posible scenarios that you guys could think of?
    Theres no codes on dash
