Anyone ever deliver a chandelier? Trying to think about the best way to package and move one without making it into a bunch of smaller pieces

good sturdy wooden crate, LOTS of bubble wrap, i'd not use Styrofoam peanuts, they move around. maybe wrap the fixture fully in bubble wrap, than line the bottom and sides of the crate with air pillows, and place a layer of those air pillows on the top of the fixture, then seal up the crate.

Buy the foam in place cushion bags that expand. You break a little vial inside and it expands and forms to the product.
