    I've got some pending traffic tickets and trying to find a job as a fresh out of school driver. Any recommendations of who may hire me with pending tickets and give me a chance to take care of them?

    How old are the tickets? How much over were you when speeding? Seat belt ain't no big deal but the other could possibly be an issue.

    17 over is going to be a major issue. You said pending? You need to get a lawyer and get it reduced to a lower number, if not dismissed. And for some companies that seat belt one will be a problem too.
