    Things have changed. Used to be if you didn’t go into the interview to hide from the cops that chased you into the yard and you were mostly sober you were good to go.

    I'll have my CDL in 2 weeks so I'm gonna see what they've got at that point but they got a pretty good flatbed offer right now

    Anything more than 15 over is BAD. Driving with suspended license is bad. It's always better to find the company to work for before going to CDL school. Unless the CDL school was free it can be hard to repay the loan for it while not working.

    She is the lawyer. It's her job to get them reduced. Even if she charges a lot or you plead guilty to smaller charges with bigger fines, you need to get them reduced or deferred, etc.
