Thw socket in the trailer becomes worn out and loose effecting the connection. Try getting a zip tie and cutting it to a bout 4 inches. Put it on the bottom of the socket and plug in the cord.this should make it tight.
I have had one in my trailer for a glfew years. One of these days I will replace the socket.Rideandrepair Thanks this. -
If you look hard enough on that shelf you’ll probably find a paste, spray or liquid for fixing broken connecting rods.
