Is there a pay increase after completing XPO CDL training program?

    I've receny accepted a job as a student driver for XPO and will go through their CDL training soon. I was curious if anyone who has gone through this already received a pay increase after obtaining your CDL

    Usually students are hired on at the same rate of pay as a dockworker. Once you complete the driving school you should go up to drivers wages which is probably a 4-5$ an hour increase.
