I have a 10 speed meritor rock well transmission soleniods noise is leaking from the cylinder range housing what's going on

I did not know noise could leak, but ok. -
You only have 2 choices. Either the air supply line to the spitter valve is leaking, or it’s time for a valve. Take the trim cover off the valve and see if it’s leaking from a hose or fitting at the bottom of the valve where the air lines go in, or leaking through the valve exhaust port. If it’s coming from the exhaust port the valve is bad.

If it’s leaking from the shift solenoid at the back of the transmission it’s the same deal. If the lines and fittings are ok the the solenoid itself is leaking internally.

Never seen a Meritor transmission. Apparently they're electric over air.
I think @nasriza is the guru on those transmissions.
