    Looks like a spread axle flatbed .Probably has air dumped on the rear axle

    How could you not feel it even if you were so stupid not to see it ??
    I almost wanta call BS and say that picture was photo shopped.. but I've seen the mentality of some drivers so I belive it

    Nope it's real... my Facebook news feed had it with a link to the PD report... they stopped him going 30mph... OSS "duh".... had passed Multiple repair facilities without stopping to get them replaced....

    I believe that was what was posted, but I've seen multiple of these type of blowouts. None have opened a clear view of the rims. Or had such clean edges. Or were perfectly rotated.
