But if you are looking to buy equipment, it might be the best time to do it soon if you have money.

 

Is that a Rec Tec, Traeger or some such? We like to make big patties like that with American cheese in the middle and crank the heat up high to cook em fast and hot.

Traeger, I did. Low and slow because of the fat content. I wanted it to melt like butter. The skin had the bark like a brisket but the interior was soft.

speaking of cheese in middle. That gave me an idea to try.
