I am looking to fill an immediate position for a team driver pulling a reefer trailer in the Southeast, Midwest and West. The Northeast only if you live there and need to get you home.
Qualifications are pretty simple. Need 2 years of recent verifiable OTR exp. Please don't contact me if you don't have this. It won't matter how great a driver you are. My insurance won't cover you and I can not hire you. Need at least 6 months with a reefer. With exp with berries and produce. This is not a deal breaker, but you had better be pretty near perfect in every other aspect to overcome me having to train you in this. Need a good MVR. I don't require clean or perfect, although that is certainly better for you. If you have a few dings, you need to be able to explain what happened. I would hope that they are not all "not your fault." I am a non-smoker, so I would prefer you be as well. But, it is not a sticking point either way. The truck has had a dog in it before. So if you are allergic, you need to be aware. If you have a pet you wish to bring we can discuss it.
I am not a slob, but I am also not OCD clean. My truck gets dirty, it is lived in. If you are super neat this will be a issue between us in the truck eventually.
I have a 2018 Peterbilt 389 with a 2019 Great Dane and a Thermo King Reefer. She is just shy of 500,000 miles and I have had her since she was brand new at 46 miles. Pay will be competitive, but will probably be less then what the big outfits will offer. However, I can offer you personal attention. You really are a person and not a number with me. Pay will be weekly by direct deposit.
