did you get your CDL at a community college or vocational school?

 

How is this an answer to his question? I have a driver that is a convicted felon, did 31 years and is one of my top drivers. Been with us since 2013. ZERO issues.

I’ll not familiar with those , I know the community college near me has plenty of companies that send recruiters there to hire new trainees .

Maybe you should look on Craigslist or Facebook marketplace also.

a lot of the small operations have ads on both of those .

the company that didn’t hire you , and used the excuse of you training in a day cab instead of a sleeper cab , was hogwash .
I think They had another reason but didn’t want to tell you that reason , because that’s the dumbest reason ever .

just keep calling and emailing .

or just find trucking companies nearby and go in person .look up trucking companies on Google maps and see what’s around .

Cement plants , asphalt plants ,
Etc


Like with any job , you don’t have to just look at the ads , find a nearby business that can use your skills and
just go knock on some doors .
