DAC Dispute

Dac is a pos mega carrier thing, plenty of good companies don’t use it, if you post your home town and what you want to do local/otr/etc I’m sure members would be more then happy to give you suggestions

 

They are taking HireRight as less and less credible.
I had Magnum pull that on me. Obvious incident of insurance fraud. I mean obvious. Their own dash cam backing up me and the fraud. Reported I had a preventable backing accident.
All HireRight did was lie to me. Lied about an answer from Magnum. Lied about all of it. I told HireRight I can just include them in a Libel suit.
I found out about this from Crete. Crete didn't think much of it. After all. That's the only place it was. On HireRight.

 

If you notice. HireRight said they would attach it to your DAC. In other words. HireRight is trying to make it appear as if it is part of your DAC. It isn't.
HireRight is losing credibility.

 

Might be worth the 100$ to get a lawyer to write an angry letter to the HR department.

Tho the fact it’s hr and not safety that reports to the joke that is hireright should tell everyone all they need to know.

falling down should be required viewing

 

Seriously need a better attorney. Plenty of cases showing the company loosing a lawsuit for lying on dac and related reports.
