Paragon Freight Inc. Illinois (Bad company)

Maybe it's time a roadhouse lawyer penned a "contract to employ" document that drivers will require any 1099 owner or Corp officers to sign.
Using some of the same language currently used in the offer of employment contracts they use that will balance out the terms to be more equitable or just be not as one sided in regards to the holder.

Good idea. I can just picture the look on one of those crook's faces when somebody lays a contact on him.

I 'am always short on empathy..I grew up in the school of hard knocks .. take your licking get up dust yourself off and keep going and don't whine about the beating you took... life is not a joy ride .. and the reason I don't scroll by is because that is the area where I grew up.. it's like a soap opera... I like to read about who is bending who over..
Like another member posted .. nobody held a gun to his head to sign up for the job..

Oh, they are dum enough to keep falling for it.
You see that sign on the back of those trailers,
Make 2500 a week after all deductions..
That's all they care about.
There gonna sign that contract no matter what anybody says.
That's why this 1099 scam always works.

You forgot the part on the sign that says.. own your own truck be your own boss

Music to my ears my friend!
