Egg wash, bread crums, S,P, Cayenne pepper. 2 solid trips through both. Sear a few minutes per side, and finish in oven about 350 to temp.

Or SP hot sear both sides. One tsp kerrygold butter per chop. Finish in oven to temp. The goal is the crust in pan. Rest chops. Bring dirty pan to a high heat, and deglaze pan with a red wine of choice. Then ad your favorite apple slices with brown sugar making a sauce with the drippings. Plate apple slices with chop and poor sauce over both. Add mashes taters to.

Really simple, but will impress most.

Well I suppose I need to know how to figure my per state mileage or just jot it down when I cross state lines maybe?

Friend of mine sent me a screenshot of the report his gps produces and it's broke down by state with total fuel and mileage for each. Which is what I expected this one to do but it definitely didn't. My eld is #### when it comes to doing ifta stuff. Go back and enter fuel from the website instead of entering it on the device. My ecm mileage is different than my cluster mileage so I can't go off that.

Time for a GPS upgrade anyway and I'll learn the best way for me to keep track of it manually as well.

 

I’m old fashioned with that stuff. I just write my mileage down when crossing state lines and record my mileage when I fuel. And the end of every quarter I enter it all into an excel sheet that my smart wife made for me and it adds everything up and I put that into the states IFTA program.
