Looking Forward To: ???

Chasing a sunset on a lonely two lane is more akin to not having a place to safely park when you need it.

Well, unless you just started your shift.

 

I remember for the first 5 years being excited whenever the qcomm beeped to see what new place I was going to this time. I think I finally saw most of the 48.

Now I look forward to going the same places over and over because I know how to get in and out and I know where the best stops are.

It's fun seeing places on TV and thinking... "I've been there"

It's also amazing to me to drive roads that used to scare the heck out of me and think how easy it is for me now.

 

And there are some roads that you should never feel easy on, no matter your experience.

 

Yep ! I know every Crack in the road of 80 from omaha to Ft Lee NJ and back .
The bridge over the Allegany River at the 44 mm will always worry me after a close call I had there years ago , and it's a long way down !

Lmao ...actually I delivered to the same people all the time .
Cup of coffee as they unloaded me and bs at the market Cafe.
Isn't a safer place in the city and the food was good .
