Last night I spent several hours attempting to revive a POS M.2 SATA! I won't say the name but the person bought it off Amazon. One TB he was hoping to use in his laptop. I looked this POS up and the cost is in the $70 range! The last time I bought M.2 I purchased it in-store at a Microcenter store several hours away. I also bought a better brand product. When you use sites like Amazon and Newegg to purchase some no-name product as this guy did. You are in fact playing Russian Roulette with your money! These sites have a horrid return process. Then worse yet some of their sellers won't stand behind the product at all! In a few hours, I will call this person and ask them what they want to do! This POS is toast! I have a Samsung 1TB in my parts drawer I will offer him. It has about 5TB read and writes.
Cheap cheap cheap!!!!!
