That is absurd!!!! Unless I missed something, you saw how close she was and stopped in your lane in an attempt to give her more room to pass. Furthermore, she was not driving slowly or safely for that matter when she passed you.

Without trying to bring politics into this....this type of ramp is why infrastructure needs addressed in this country. Crap was probably designed in the 60's when the planners were tripping on acid. Look at I-83 in Pennsyltucky. Those that designed the ramps must have been on some good stuff.
That said, we gotta play the hand we're dealtBean Jr., D.Tibbitt, blairandgretchen and 1 other person Thank this. -
Watch the end of the video, the tractor involved in the accident in front was not on the shoulder. It was in my lane.D.Tibbitt, blairandgretchen, Hammer166 and 2 others Thank this. -
I've been in that exact same scenario - same ramp, same positioning, though I think the truck blocking the lane was a little closer. It took time and much use of the air horn before I could force myself into the left lane. Cheeseman is a jerk and should have let you in, and definitely should have stopped before making contact, but by putting your nose over you were asking to get hit.

Just watch some YouTube videos about idiot drivers.
I would say 50% of the time the accident could have been avoided if the guy shooting the video would have been more proactive about avoiding the situation instead of “standing his ground “ because he was “right”.
I always assume drivers around me will do the most stupidest thing and I prepare for that.
I would rather “give a little” and keep my truck undamaged than try to figure out how to get it fixed.Czar_Zero, Chieftains, haycarter and 9 others Thank this. -
