Yes. Same cab. Same doors. Mirror mounts much different between that year range since later 386 are cab mount and the early 379 were door mount. Can and has been done.

Has to get newer style striker and cut hole for wiring . I did it on my 2000 379 , mirror has to be installed on the cab
