I have been fighting this darn wind for weeks now. I am past tired of all my upper body being terribly painful at the end of the day from fighting the wind! Come on down to 20, 10 and 8 and hold on!

We don’t. Usually do 15-20 gallons a year. Give some to family and landlords. Some of the favorite neighbors.

Good to hear they found the problem. Still some work to be done. Probably going to have to work out some meds, that will take a bit of time. It will work out.

Was able to spot the problem prior to the flipped photo. With omelettes, you need to let the bottom pan side solidify before putting your ingredients in, you should only have a little loose whites on the top when you put the fillings in, then flip it right away so the whites envelope the ingredients and leave it on long enough for the whites to solidify around them. If you do it with the fillings in and the outside soft, that's what happens, it rips. If it's solid, it also flips easier, and only the loose whites on the inside 'swoop' back onto the ingredients as you're flipping. Was a short order breakfast cook. Had to spend a month flipping bread in a pan to make sure I had the motion right so I didn't waste eggs. :) That's how they trained you. :) Looks good otherwise.

Wife called. Said the hiway 95 is shutdown by the house. Snowing to beat all apparently. Crazy stuff.
