Does this justify freight guard

    Few hours ago was booking a load with a certain broker we agreed on a price and we got set up with them Before he could send over the RC I find out that he is not approved by my factoring company and I call him and say I can’t run the load because he is not approved by my factoring he says he will quick pay me and I didn’t trust him I insisted that I can’t run load then he threatens me with freight guard I caved and accepted the load he Sends over the Ratecon I go to the shipper and they are closed now he says I will get freight guard for showing up late Mind you he sends me the ratecon at 5:24pm and they closed at 5pm I was there at 5:30. So what can I do now should I be worried ? Any advice would be greatly appreciated

    Agreed. I've got no qualms telling a broker to eff off and find another load. If they're keeping a database, I'm sure I'm listed repeatedly.

    And I've got no trouble finding loads.
