If you take the actual price of new equipment that’s ordered and not the price of something that is getting flipped the prices aren’t too out of line for how much everything else is going up. I was told that the truck I ordered would be around $180k if I ordered the same truck now, the super high prices are people just trying to make a buck.

The only thing with storage or storing is that in particular food items do have a use by date so there is a limit as to how much a warehouse can store and for what length of time it can do so. for everything else then I guess there is no limit.

 

Got a 150 mile run yesterday for 900$. Someone took the same runs for 610,625,650 and 700 today. All booked by brand new authorities and super clean volvos

 

I'll take the free salt. It'll remind me of all this hard work everytime a bit of salt gets down into one the cuts on my hands.

 

Where? I'm in the process of refinancing a home equity LOC to a standard loan. The HELOC has a variable interest rate of 3.2%, which I'm sure is going up soon. The fixed 15 year loan is 3.9% - still higher than I'd like, but it's locked.
Only real reason I'm doing this is my bank merged with a bank I HATE, and the variable interest rate isn't so appealing right now.
