    Even with multiple trucks you don’t necessarily need a dispatcher. Needing one may actually be an indication of a bigger problem. It’s all about the drivers you hire. Good drivers don’t need or want their hand held. Throw enough freight at them to keep them out of your hair for a while and turn ‘em loose. That’s worked well for me for a long time now.
