I think maybe you are losing this argument so you should put on a mask to muffle the sound and protect others from the spray of BS that’s exiting it.

That's the way it is done outside of North America and it is reflected in the prices on the menu. For example, a waitress in Brisbane, Australia will make about $35 AUS per hour, but breakfast will set you back about $25 and a decent dinner less than $60 or more is impossible. Pick your poison..... you determine what service is worth, or mandatory pay for service that may not be all that great.

 

No argument to loose, just opinions. They feel the way they do and I feel differently. Your welcome to feel anyway you like. My opinion has absolutely zero effect on you.

I was just obliging you. You asked for reasons to wear a mask. It seemed like you were losing. Once you resort to calling people “virtue signalers” and “white knights” for having different opinions it’s moved past debate and into argument. JMO…

 

Debate and argument are similar.

 

I tip for service. If I get crap service and the place is near empty, no or very small tip.

If the place is packed and the wait staff are run off their feet I get it. I'll tip good. They're doing their best. Everybody else needs service too and they only have so many resources.

Similar, yes. Until name calling starts. Honestly I don’t care. Tip or not. I personally tip a minimum of 10% and go from there accordingly. But virtue signaling is akin to a liberal calling someone a racist. It’s weak and it’s a sign of losing the debate/argument
