That’s not my world. When we have options they usually involve going so far off the highway the time costs more than the savings. Not very often I can trade driver and truck productivity for pump price and come out ahead. Too few pumps in too much space for that.

You’re talking about the Allentown service plaza? Even their food is crazy expensive think it was $15 for a pathetic small burger and fries and that was a year ago I think. Only use that place for parking.

Had no idea your work is in the "woods"

Don’t even have to be in the bush. About 2hrs north of the US border things start to get pretty sparse. Right now I’ve got one truck 500mi north of Winnipeg and 2 in Labrador. They put hydro generating stations in the most inconvenient places sometimes.goga Thanks this.

I don’t even go there for parking anymore. Back around 2015,they started charging for parking and schiznit went downhill with that place ever since. Can’t even stop there to get a scale ticket without worrying about the employees telling you it’s pay to park(they will tow BTW)and even then the locals take up most of the spots with their personal vehicles. When I’m in the Lehigh Valley area I either shutdown in the service area on I-476 or at the Bandit truck stop or Sheetz near Kutztown.
