Welcome to the forum Mnm503! I've been a member here for about 3 months now. You'll find that the members here are willing, ready, and able to help. The more information you're willing to disclose about what you're looking for the better. As a wannabe trucker, the only advice I can give is the advice I live by myself, i.e., "The best time to look for a new job is while you still have your old one." Good luck to you! You've come to the right place!:salute:

Thanks to all for your replies. I am a company driver. Have only dry van experience. Also A team driver with limited solo time. With same codriver for 3 out of the 4 years I've been driving. We haven't taken hardly any home time (stay out 3 months +). My home is near daytona bch and I have aging parents in east Tennessee. That's why I'm looking into finding a dedicated that would ideally get me to both places. Plus I am tired of running so hard and rarely being home. My codriver also wants a more stable schedule. His home is in Miami so hometime is always difficult for our dispatcher it seems. Always takes several dats to get us back together and up and running after hometime. Anyway I will be checking out some of the companies mentioned inquiring about the route I'm looking for. Thanks again To jtrnr, snowbunny, KC , oldnewbie, for your advice.
