If I apply brakes I get an air leaks from the parking knobs. Any idea what this could be.

Most likely it is a brake chamber.
Glad hand seals and chaffed air lines are other strong possibilities

I'm guessing and praying it should be the seals. Any diagram of the seals?

So this will cause air leaks coming from the knobs?

It would sound like is leaking from the knobs but in reality the leak is somewhere else. That's how you know from the cab that you have an air leak, you hear it on the knobs. The chances of knobs leaking are slim lika a 0.01%.

A new brake chamber is cheap. Maybe $100-$150 plus maybe 1 hour labor.

It definitely isn't something you should wait to get fixed either, if the DOT finds the leak for you it's gonna be fixed at the scale as you'll be put out of service and the repair bill will be pricey then.
