    Your math is off
Normal heart beat is 80-120bpm three times that would be PSVT At 240-360 both non conducive to prolong life
But what do I know about medicine, I’m just a dumb truck driver
OP if cardioversion didn’t work they can try ablation but behind the wheel of a big rig is the last place you need to be

My doctor did not suggest the vaccine and she actually advised against getting the booster.

As I noted in my OP, Its been a long time for me but as far as I know, normal heart rate was always 72... text book. It can vary without much concern but that was always the rule AFAIK.
There have been so many things to change since the 80's, this could easily be something that I am unaware of. CPR has changed 3 or 4 maybe 5 times over the last 40 years. So it likely that heart rate has too but I still use 72 for normal heart rate. I'll look around & see.

Your an important person, even if you don't know what to do besides work.
I don't know the rules around Family Medical Leave. I would look for other jobs in case you have to do something besides drive.

Most all sites now say 60 - 100 but as we know, that's a lot of variables. At rest vs running etc. Age, male vs female etc. One site said pro runners can have a rate of 40 and never be affected.

Blood pressure is another thing that has changed more than the moon.
Again, when I was trained, BP for an adult male was 100 + your age up to about 40.... over 70, and was recommended to stay at that for the rest of your life.... depending on variables. Adult females were supposed to be about 130/70. Since, its been all over the place.
I go to my GP twice a year... every six months. I went one time & they had changed good BP for me to 120/70, got me down to that and either 6 months later or a year later, it had changed back to 130.
Most of us know DOT physicals are set at 140 or less for 2 year physical. Based on the way I was trained in emergency medical 40 years ago, 140 was a normal & perceived as a good BP for a male 40+ in age.

Its gotten to a point that its just who you're talking too. Everyone has a different opinion & it changes every time you go to the Dr.
I like to keep mine about 130/75 +/- 5 points either way at 62 years of age with a pulse of 72 and I'm good. Although mine is rarely there.

My father in law got a fib about 2 months after the vaccine as well during his yearly check up. Shock didn’t work either time they tried it. He did the procedure where they run up to your heart and do something thru your veins. This was about a year ago.

I hate to hear this driver. Let us know what happens.

they weren't able to get a good look at my heart to see if there bloodclots to do cardioversion. They said after 6 weeks on bloodthinners it be safe to do the procedure
my problem is is I'm literally broke and behind on bills etc... got interview with state to see my help options from them but not expecting much.
wouldn't mine maybe a work from home broker job or something but obviously no experience.
hopefully figure stuff out tomorrow but even today heart bugging me a bit again

I know what you are going through.
While I had already retired my wife had not and she is also suffering from the same side effects and had to leave her job.
She had a very high paying job and we were enjoying her wages but now will be relying on some savings until her disability kicks in.
Our finances had already been structured for retirement so we will be ok.
There are a lot of work from home jobs available that you can look into. I suggest researching them on YouTube.
There is a service you can use that costs $50 a year that will hook you up. I plan on doing it myself part time this fall.
    Don't give up.
