I've just recently installed a new tu-flo 550 and governor for the air suspension. The compressor continues to add air and wants to go past 140psi and even more. I don't let it get that high I either turn off the truck or dumped the bags. I've ALREADY adjusted the screw all the way in and out and still continues to climb. I don't hear any leaks other then a small his from emergency pressure valve on air tank. What can be the culprit I NEED to get back to work my pockets are HURTING

Unless that governor is mounted directly to the air dryer there should be an air line running to one of the ports marked Unloader on your governor to the air dryer. I can't tell from the picture what is on the other side of governor. The top line (res) should run to an air tank. The middle line goes to the air dryer. That is if the governor is mounted to the compressor. Can't tell from the picture.

Yep. Sounds like there's a line missing or installed in the wrong spot.

The middle port, the ports between the bolts, is the port that will signal the compressor to stop pumping. If it is bolted to the compressor but keeps pumping then either the signal lines to it are plumbed wrong or not going to an air tank, or there is still a port plug inside the governor that is blocking air to the compressor.
