Thanks for the update. I've been thinking about driving for AMX. Is their regional position truly regional? I signed on for regional (SE) where I drive now, but every week end up having to go to IN, IL, OH and/or PA. They call it "super-regional". I call it a super-lie. And what kind of freight do you haul? Something different just about every time, or do you focus on a few major clients? Thank you for your time.

Yes, it is. I'm in AL, GA, FL mostly and sometimes go to the Carolinas, TN, and KY. Rarely I go to MS, LA, TX.
We haul dry van. I find I do a lot with Coke, Trane, and Shaw. However, we do a lot of other stuff too.Metacoyote and Speed_Drums Thank this. -

Hello -- just wondering if you're still with AMX -- and still liking it. I'm actively looking for another position that will keep me in the SE, so AMX is high on my list. Thanks!

Hey @Metacoyote, if you have not already done so--you might also check out Robert Bearden Trucking (out of Cairo, GA).
Robert Bearden Inc. (rbitrucking.com)
A lot of their work is southeastern, I gather.
I haven't worked for them, or currently with them.
I just see their trucks around here quite a bit.

I worked for AMX before. It is by far the BEST non-local company I’ve worked at!Metacoyote Thanks this.

That description sounds like the Southeastern Dry Van version of us... Not the top on pay, but expect professional drivers to be, well, professional, and treat them as such.
-
Hey Pagan you still working for AMX?
-
This sounds like someone in the office posting about the company-not an actual driver. However-just my opinion. -
He says 2 years later.....Speedy356, Sirscrapntruckalot, JohnBoy and 2 others Thank this.

It is my understanding that replies must be the next day of a post? Don't you think people may be searching around for company information. Why do you reply with nothing constructive to say? Mr.Sarcasm does seem to fit you well however.
Lonesome Thanks this. -
Thank You for noticing! Constructive enough for you?
