Just send me all of your money and your wife if you have one and I will leave you with nothing so you can start over.
It will be the same end result but not involve so much travel and time.

What is the rider and pet policy for Trans Am?
-
what's the miles looking like there right now?
What's their starting pay? -
Not going to try and answer all the questions right now cause I'm just 2 #### tired. Most questions can be answered by calling the recruiters anyway. Pet policy sucks. Have heard its a $2500 non refundable, but think thats pretty outrageous myself.
Miles sucked bad last month for me but seem to be picking back up again. Don't know what the deal is right now but have been swapping 1 loaded tlr for another for the past 3 days now. Guess I could get frustrated about that but other than being a minor annoyance, I'm still getting 550 to 600 a day with those swaps.beboppinbigun1 and pinballwizard Thank this. -

Don't let those swaps get you down. I just did 2 in one day with TA. Atleast it's better than having to sit at a meat plant for several day's, waiting on a load.pinballwizard Thanks this. -
Oh you just so had to go and jinx me, didn't you. lol Am getting ready to take a load of paper to Dakota City where I'm sure I'll end up at 1 of the many meat plants within 100 miles of there and you know what??? Thats just ok with me. Am getting close to my 70 tho if things work out just right.....could still keep moving.
Found out that I've been looking at those swaps wrong. Wasn't having to deal with shippers and recvrs, eh?pinballwizard Thanks this. -
but...will you take the kids too?? LOL
-
thanks for the info(pm), panhandle hope to pass ya on the road soon

First: TA is NOT hiring company drivers after training except for trainees needed to fill company dedicated trucks and that is soon to stop as the trucks are pulled out of service.
It is NOT a freaking lease you will sign at Trans AM but a RENTAL or SUB lease! You will NOT or EVER own the truck! Just read the darn lease and figure that out! Do NOT just sign on a freaking line! If you do without consulting with a lawyer or OOIDA, please DO NOT show up back here and whine like everyone else does! Well actually please do because reading these sob stories about people who think they will be the only ones to actually make a fleece work or it won't happen to them makes great reading!
Call OOIDA and ask them about the Trans Am fleece oops lease program and if you can get the person on the other end of the phone from ROFLHFAO you might get the hint but most of you still don't figure out that a lease program is a bad thing and jump right in!
You are NOT an O/O but a COMPANY driver that's STUPID enough to pay for fuel, repairs and everything else that pertains to running a truck while someone else makes the money!
This forum alone should give you an idea about almost every company out there. If not there are many more! -
First: TA is NOT hiring company drivers after training except for trainees needed to fill company dedicated trucks and that is soon to stop as the trucks are pulled out of service. so you are also saying its not advisable to even seek a company driver position either
