Open up the back of the truck in a truckstop and sell them for a buck a pop
in all seriousness usually it just gets delivered to a plan B or C reciver as long as it wasnt your fault. Otherwise your insurance pays.

Had like 5 cases of cantaloupe rejected at the Walmart in North Platte Nebraska once. Had to pay $50 claim.
Took them to old folks home, and they were beautiful melons, and boy were they happy.
