So now it's a house party....

Most women I've encountered have about a 2 week attention span these days. Conversations were engaging, I wasn't the first one to initiate talking every day but I wasn't waiting for them to start either, a fair 60/40 split in it I'd say. 2 to 2.5 weeks of daily communication and they'd vanish without a trace.

I prefer running on the weekends. Let's me take care of things through the week when I'm home.

 

I'd love to work Tuesday to Saturday. Be nice to have a weekday off to actually be able to take care of business.

Couple of things.
Looks like you may be a bit low on the fry medium. Should be around 2/3 to 3/4 covered with the oil. Once in the oil, leave it alone, til it’s ready to turn.

What are you looking for in a coating/crust?
You want thick or thin? If thick, you’ll need more of a batter style. For thin, you can use a blend of flour and other meals. If you want really crunchy add panko to the coating.

Soaking the chicken up to 24 hours in buttermilk will keep it tender, juicy and flavorful.

When you do cook the chicken, it should be at room temp. If it’s too cold, it will take longer to cook and burn the coating.
