I haven't seen any posts of drivers working for Venture Transport. I have an opportunity to drive for them out of Oxnard, CA on a dedicated account. Any comments good or bad appreciated.

The one in Indianapolis is actually Venture Logistics. Their pay is considered low for the area. They are like anyone, they have some unhappy drivers, and some are happy ones. Seems to be one of those situations where it depends on which management tree you are under. In my short stint, my opinion, there is no management responsibility. If anything goes wrong, it’s the driver’s fault.

Are they based in Indianapolis? I see on the website where they have dedicated terminals in California. I had no idea they ventured that far out, pardon the pun

They are paying .61mi for this account, home for the weekend. I agree those who are unhappy with company is usually due to their actions. There are plenty of companies on the both the good and bad sides of the fourm.
