Anywhere from 3 weeks to 3 months. Just depends on what the trainer wants. But they told me I'd have to go back with him in the winter. I told them today that if I have to go with him in the winter, then I'd be quitting at that point.

Being honest…I would jump ship after that “3weeks to 3months” comment. If they’re leaving it up to the trainer to decide, they’re allowing the trainer to get team miles and pay you squat. You’ve driven solo before, correct? 3 weeks would be the longest time even for strict insurance.

BUT….do this: go out with the trainer and do your best at driving. DO NOT SPEAK about anything other than the job. You will have your time needed to go to any company before winter.

I’m a TOTS man Made it to Mittens for my 30. Be parked this afternoon in Cameron or Chillicothe. I can never quite make it to Chillicothe but would rather eat at the Applebee’s given the choice.

 

Lovely news in the morning! So I just talked to the safety lady this morning. She said I would have to go with him for another three weeks to three months again in the winter for sure. I wanna kill someone right now (figuratively not literally for clarification lol)....well maybe??? Stupid insurance or FMCSA or whatever. This is BS. Well, I think this is the start of me being a bigger A-HOLE than I already am.
