the truck restrictions haven't started yet. it's the reefer units that started the first of this year. 7yr or newer.
Pawnd Thanks this. -

last I heard they aren't even enforcing the reefer restrictions but you never know

Isn't it the "Honor system" anyway?

2004 motor with a dpf is legal till 2019
-
2004 doesn't have a DPF. and he has a cat which you can't add one to even if you wanted to.
once again I reiterate #### california7mouths2feed Thanks this. -

Thanks everybody.
IIRC 2004 is good to go until 2014 when they invoke the rules. Then must have DPF installed and will be good until 2020. Could drive it that long but not likely.
So how do I tell if this is a 2004 emissions motor?
