There's a few vehicles that they just can't ever get rid of the manual in. Porsche tried to phase out the manual in the 911 a few years ago and faced such intense backlash from 911 fans that they had to reverse course. Between that and good old German stubbornness. Germans still prefer manuals. Then you got the Jeep Wrangler. Again, the enthusiasts for that vehicle are all about the manuals so Chrysler doesn't dare eliminate that option for the Wrangler. The other one would be the Mazda Miata. People buy those with manuals more than they do with automatics so if Mazda ditched the manual with those sales would tank. There's probably a few other examples but that's just what comes to mind right away for me.
Are "manual transmissions only" types of drivers supertruckers?

IMO Driving a manual transmission is bit gay, you are essentially stroking the stick in order for the truck to move faster.

I noticed the words Super Trucker used a lot in this thread. I just come to realize nobody has called anybody a Chickenhauler yet!

Not meaning to hijack the topic. But, I sure did haul a lot of Chicken. I guess at least 60%+ of ALL my loads were either Chicken or Candy.
