That isn't their primary intention but it isn't something they worry about either. They know that most of the little guys will fail because they've been watching it happen for years. If the big guys corporate ethos bumps off a few small fleets or single proprietor companies that's just collateral damage,

Freightliner has been giving the bigs deals like that for years…… they were selling them trucks with no mileage restrictions and a fixed turn in price. That was years ago
used cars are starting to ease up trucks are next……
