I was just reading the arrow thread and lawsuit. What boggles me is when
TAB went to arrow offices to have them make phone calls, why didn't
they get on the phone themselves? and in the course of verifying payments
did they not ask for a employer or federal ID or something seeing as they
had so much on the line? No IDs would have been in automatic cancellation
of further funds and an federal investigation would it not?![]()

There are many details of this case that seem freaky to me, even Bernie Madoff was before a judge faster then these Arrow execs.
I haven't read any newer stories on this yet, but what kind of bank would come to your business to "babysit" you to make sure you weren't lying?
Sounds like a crock to me. -
Well by reading the lawsuit.
The way I understood it was, They looked at their customer base list and called different customers from that list.
The people who answered said yes we have shipped with Arrow and yes the bill was X amount of dollars.
Their was a report somewhere I read that TAB bank also was plugged into Arrow's billing system also untill Arrow pulled the plug on it and TAB was really pissed.Last edited: Jan 22, 2010
simplyred1962 Thanks this. -
You need to read the suit again and understand what you read! Passingthru has it down pretty well.
TAB were the ones calling the customers and yes they had access to the data base. You missed the section where it reads where Arrow wrote a program to run rates up and some other accounting spoofs!
Little Dougie is in deep sheep stuff! Along with a few others!simplyred1962 Thanks this. -
yep sitting at home for long holiday.
Been getting bored so I've been kinda following the Arrow saga.
Plus this might lead to a bigger can of worms.
What alot of people do not understand if you are any bussiness the banks you work with want direct access to your daily revenue.
No they won't with draw money from your accts. They just need to see your cash flow and expenses.
This way they can determine if you will be able to pull through the tough times or not.
Also this will effect your credit standing and the rates you pay on your loans.
The banks are just trying to cover their bases and see if that bussiness is good or if not.
I believe in the next few weeks alot more things will be coming out about Arrow and the people running it at the time.
Have not seen any info yet if they have been able to seize Arrow's computer files or whats left of them so they can start tracing the money flow in and out.
Like other posters stated with them not paying into the IRS and other funds this will get to be interesting.Last edited: Jan 23, 2010
