    I appreciate it, but I was looking for an equipment lease on agreement. Like when you lease your semi to run under someone else's authority. Thanks for offering assistance though!

    Some states have equipment lease samples and templates on their DOT website. I, however, found a simple generic lease agreement on sampletemplates.com. I researched my states requirements and made adjustments as needed for compliance. I hope this helps.
