Have fun with it. He did.
That welder came in handy for cleats on ringgear frames when we hauled shovels out of Milwaukee to coal mines in BC as well as other things. -
Absolutely on receiver.
Consider a Reese hitch in the front bumper to. Winch mounted to receiver works well also. Plus pushing small trailers or hay wagon around is simple. Just a thought. -
I had a small vice mounted to a plate so I could put it in the receiver of my shop truck at EZ. Had an extension made from 2x2 box steel so the vise was just behind and level with the tailgate in the down position. Vise is like a pocket knife….. -
I just lucked in to this. I’ve had this ole truck in NY, NJ, Florida, Mississsippi, Alabama, northern Illinois, just where ever I need to go. Except commiefornia, I have lost nothing there lol, would like to go visit friends though….exhausted379, Feedman, dwells40 and 8 others Thank this. -
Got my load off in Frankfort, now setting at the Loves at the Waddy exit with a blown trailer tire. They say it may be 11 tonight before they get to me….. I’m thinking I may not be here that long…

I just got off the phone a bit ago with a buddy of mine running with one of his drivers down to Phoenix. He had one of his other drivers that just came back recently from Commiefornia and said diesel was $8.03 for diesel. The state of insanity

Hopefully they can get you in sooner. I think them Speedco's are quicker for the most part on comparison to them TA's. The first company I worked at I picked up a trailer out in Sumner and when I did my pre-trip there was a tire where part of the tread was entirely missing. Hard to truly describe since I don't know all the mechanic things, but I drove it to that TA there in the Snoqualmie pass area and they said it was going to be a 2 day wait. I said screw it and drove to the Speedco in Ellensburg and they said it would be done in a few hours. It was getting late and parking was getting filled pretty quick so I just asked if they could do it in the morning, so I wouldn't lose my parking spot. Sure enough, got it fixed and was back on the road that next morning.Feedman, CAXPT, PoleCrusher and 3 others Thank this.

@OLDSKOOLERnWV I'm EB on I-64 near Lynnville, IN. Mile marker 36. Only about 290 miles from Huntington and probably about 130 miles from that Love's. Maybe I'll be passing by ya if you're still stuck waiting on that dang tire!
