After contacting over 35 plus something used truck dealerships including Marketbook etc. I was able to order a 2023 Peterbilt 567 should be here by the end of July. The price tag wasn't cheap though.

Yes it is. So far I went out for about 10 days and it worked just fine. It did not get two hot in the 80s I believe. I park at night most of the time as well. I do my ten and leave most every day. I did spend about 20 hours on Friday and it did fine. Will be going back out end of the week and next week to really test it out. I left the fridge, cellphone booster, and camera system running right now to see if it dies out. It will be off for 5 days total before restarting the truck.Dave_in_AZ, larry2903, dwells40 and 2 others Thank this.

$261k (Cad) (including taxes) $5k down. Paccar MX 13 (510 Hp) 250 wheel base, 78" bunk. Once its done I'm probably putting another $20k down in order of lowering the payments. A week ago I was talking to a sales guy about a 2010 Freightliner Cascadia with 430,000 mi on the motor asking for $286k. Problem with that is 'I dont know how well someone else drove that truck or took care of it.. ?'..that Freightliner was way too much for that price.Dave_in_AZ, Siinman, dwells40 and 1 other person Thank this.

Depends on your situation. How you drive and set. For me I think the electric is better.

Also you will have to update your alternator to a larger one and I did this when I ordered the truck. This the one I got on my truck (
320 AMP LEECE-NEVILLE HIGH OUTPUT ALTERNATOR WITH 12 0 REMOTE BATTERY VOLTAGE SENSE (12V)
