Should I mention the Penske truck my supervisor loaded on a landall from a wreck and didn't measure it? I was in a 30 ton tator with tractor trailer in tow behind him. Cars on my left when it smoked a bridge. Only thing I could do was duck in a daycab pete.
Luckily not Luckily it missed me. Went over and hit the side of a Saturn car. Below zero a Saturn turns to pieces. Fenders, doors everywhere. Had to buy the car in the end. No injuries thank the lord.Brettj3876, Gatordude, Feedman and 7 others Thank this. -
I had a brand new set of Toyo steer tires put on and 7 days later this happens
Hoods are hard to come by and it might take a bit to get it sorted out so here's the temporary repair. Don't laugh too hard, I've seen worse running around in Texas

i guess I don’t care
I am just telling it how it is not how people would like it to be
I have probably hauled 50 new machines and every one of them went using tracking.
I know everyone feels they are irreplaceable but truth is on this topic - not so much. Those MacroPoint systems feed into other systems for visibility downstream - again I don’t care what they do with it.
and frankly, if they want to call my mom or one of my ex-wives with info from contacts - more power to them.
If you pay my all in rate I don’t care if you video my pale white ### while I sleep in the bunk.
but everybody gets to pick their own cross to die and if this is yours more power to you. -
There’s a hood sitting in a pasture outside of Rigby that would probably fit — would need to be paintedblairandgretchen, Brettj3876, Swine hauler and 11 others Thank this.

Ouch. Do you think you hit something or did it just let go? One reason I'm leaning towards getting a 379 is the modular hood pieces. Not that I plan on ever having that experience again. Glad the only damage was from the tire and you're ok.tramm01, Feedman, Swine hauler and 8 others Thank this.

If you folks down there think you have a real estate bubble, you should see the one we have up here. Its so crazy, I had to head about a half hour out of town to find anything fairly priced. Plus I've been wanting to get out of town anyways. This place is nuts. Not even allowed to park a freaking service truck in city limits.Last edited: May 13, 2022

2004. So this is the later model plastic Metton hood. They're prone to cracking anyway so this is the perfect time to get a fiberglass hood
I might end up painting the whole truck at this point
It was a defective tire as far as I can tell.blairandgretchen, pete781693, tramm01 and 13 others Thank this.
