    Sounds about like my average day.

    Ive had it once... The flavor is similar to chicken, but the texture is more like something from the ocean... Maybe somewhere between shrimp and crab.

    I didnt care for it myself.

    Low heat for a slow cook. Add a TINY amount of water and a healthy slab of butter, cook covered. Sear on high heat, uncovered, at the very end to lightly char the outside.
