Where is everyone #5

Headed for a buddies house. He had a local shop do injector cups and injectors on his D16 Volvo a few months ago to the tune of around 9k$.

Got the long crank back last week. Gonna help him out today and probably do injector cups again.

 

Maybe you all here can help me out-
Another new dump driver showed up, pretty chatty fellow, just came off the "big road"(?) running "skateboard"(?).
Should I believe all the stories he's telling? Sounds like he's done it all.
He's hitting like 22 gears the 600' from the pile to the scale, I usually get 2 or 3 and mosey over. Am I doing it wrong? I don't want to hurt my truck or look stupid.

Sounds like he ran so cheap he couldn’t enjoy the job or life.

Let him grab gears by the baskets full, I personally will run with you……

 

I'm kinda digging it. Wonder if a mod can change my handle to Big Road Skateboard?

 

So don't use all 18 in the box and 2 in the rears at 54k?
Parts for those old single reduction rears are soooooo easy to find now.

 

For entertainment, let him load his own truck — that should be at least 30 minutes of prime time viewing

 

I took it you were saying he was jamming through the gears to get over to the scale fast as he could?

Use the gears necessary to make it easier on the driveline, don’t cram and jam through them like a cowboy is what I’m saying….

 

I was afraid of that. I could tell right away as he was all geared up new boots and duds for his dump truck gig, cammo hat and everything. Look like he robbed a Cabellas.
